default via - how to set?

I wanted to make the default via placed with a 0.5 mm drill and a round

shape. How / where is this set? The current default is a square pad and 0.6

mm drill.

You could define it in eagle.scr, BRD: section:

CHANGE SHAPE ROUND;
CHANGE DRILL 0.6mm;
