Polygon Dimension spacing

'Nother n00b question!

How do you increase the distance a polygon gets 'ratsnested' from the

dimension.  Even if the isolate is set to 10 mil, it separates itself

much more than that from the outside of the board.

Thanks.

    Thanks.

Your polygon is too far inside the dimension, so there is actually no

distance. Just place it outside the dimension, then eagle can calculate

the distance.Don't mix things up. Distance is between copper and

dimension, isolate is between conducting parts.

No.  I don't think so... The polygon was way outside the dimension

layer.  Only when it's ratsnested did it get very far away from the

dimension layer.  It's just annoying having to increase the size of the

board so that the polygon can merge together behind a pad or something.

What do you mean "Distance is between copper and dimension?"  I think I

    may be missing something vital.

    Thanks, though.
