Polygon Dimension spacing

'Nother n00b question!

How do you increase the distance a polygon gets 'ratsnested' from the

dimension. Even if the isolate is set to 10 mil, it separates itself

much more than that from the outside of the board.

Take a look at the Design Rules' Distance tab, Copper/Dimansion value.
