Did you notice that "save as" is in the "file" menu? It seems obvious
that this is related to the file, as it is very common.
Also, how I can copy existing symbol to new one?
Open the existing symbol, display all layers, GROUP everything, CUT it,
create the new symbol, PASTE the existing data there.
(Manual and HELP provide some information about these commands.)

Ok, thanks... well, I have tried with Group -> Copy -> Paste, but got the
error message something like "Its nothing to paste"
Will try again!

Copy and Cut are two different commands.

One might think that the 'cut' command should be renamed at some point since
(as stated in the manual), it is akin to the Windows Copy command; placing a
copy on the clipboard. Once on the clipboard (and again, this is an Eagle
clipboard, not the windows clipboard - ctrl C and ctrl V don't work here) it
can be pasted into different sheets or drawings.
Eagle's 'copy' command makes only a local copy attached to the cursor -
which is valid for only the current sheet.

There was an explanation as to how cut evolved from cadsoft in one of
the groups in the last 10 days or so.
As a side note I think the Eagle program was started around or before
windows and runs on Linux and Mac.
But if you think of copy one item or cutting around a group of items.
