How to copy Symbol to new one...?

I want create new symbol to existing Package and this way create new

Device...

After editing an existing symbol SaveAs want save / rename whole lib-file.

Also, how I can copy existing symbol to new one?

    Copy and Cut are two different commands.

    One might think that the 'cut' command should be renamed at some point since

    (as stated in the manual), it is akin to the Windows Copy command; placing a

    copy on the clipboard. Once on the clipboard (and again, this is an Eagle

    clipboard, not the windows clipboard - ctrl C and ctrl V don't work here) it

    can be pasted into different sheets or drawings.

    Eagle's 'copy' command makes only a local copy attached to the cursor -

    which is valid for only the current sheet.
