Hi James,
Here is my story:
Day 1 (June 3rd): I emailed sales@casoftusa.com asking them what
information do they need from me to issue a license
Day 2: Got a response asking my location
Day 2: I responded with my location
Day 3: I get a response asking me what was my original question
Day 3: I asked them again how to get license, forwarded the thread to
their manager
Day 4: Weekend
Day 5: weekend
Day 6: got a response from manager with form to fill
Day 6: Emailed the purchase order and left credit card number over the
phone.
Day 6: emailed the manager asking if there was anything else that was
requited
Day 6: got a response that all was ok
Day 7: no communication
Day 8: Emailed manager asking whether the license can be delivered in email
Day 8 : got a response that the sales team will contact me this
afternoon with the license
Day 9: No response
Day 10: emailed manager asking for which afternoon was he talking about.
Day 10: License received in email.
Still waiting for the manual
Conclusion: The sales team could improve on communications and the
response time.
Regards,
Chetan

Hello Chetan,
Where are you located? The best way is to contact an official dealer in
your area. Sometimes that is CadSoft directly, other times not there may
be a few options.
We are authorized to sell into all of North America. If you don't have a
local dealer then we may be able to help as well. We try to make it very
easy by allowing you to enter your order online at
http://www.eaglecentral.ca/purchase/
We can also credit card orders over the phone if you contact me
directly. Email me and I'll send you the phone number.
In general CadSoft offers many different options and it should be
relatively easy. If not, contact me directly and I'll try to help.
Cheers,
James.
