Change restring for one specific component

I had a problem with some of pads not printing properly and wanted to

change the pad size.  Someone pointed to DRC, restring and I was able to

increase the size of the pad which worked wonderfully; actually too well

since the pads of a TO228 are now seemingly too close together.  Is

there a way of either excluding pads from changing sizes or to select

only those pads that you want to changes sizes?  Thanks

You will have to change the part in the lib and then do an update. There

may be a auto size property for each pad that has to be turned off so

you can change the pad diameter.

Once you get the learning curve down on lib editing and updating is

would only take a minute or 2 to make that type of change to a part.
