I wanted to embed icons/images into ULPs instead of having messy html links
or loose images lying around, so I decided to make this Base64 encoder that
helps creating the code needed. I want to share it with you of course 
Should work with all dialog objects supporting HTML
Tested with PNG,GIF and JPG, but probably work on others too (as long as
file extension equals "image/" html data format.

couple of weeks.
I had to mend it in a few places as strings had wrapped.
Also works with .bmp.

Tell me if you are working on an ULP to generate symbols from
pinlists too 
Also works with .bmp.
I guess we should recommend stay away from BMP purely because of size. PNG
is lossless and no disadvantages over BMP afaik.
Now I just miss some html support in more dlg objects, like buttons and
listview.
