Disabling Right-Click Menus in v5.8.0

Is there a way to disable the right-click context menus in v5.8.0?  I have

just switched from v4.16, and have gotten used to being able to simply

right-click to perform actions on a group without the additional click in

this new context menu.  This makes accurately moving groups of parts

difficult, as the group snaps to where your mouse cursor is when you click

Move:Group in that menu.

 

Love EAGLE!  One of the best pieces of software I've ever used!

    Yes, that was what I thought the first time I saw it too.  Eventually the

    intended meaning came thru from context.

    Exactly.  Once again the lesson is don't use abbreviations unless you are

    very very sure they are understood as such by all of your audience.  If you

    don't, you'll be misunderstood and possibly look silly.

     

    The above is self-evident, but I am continually amazed by how many people

    still try to save a few 100ms by typing a shortform instead of spelling out

    what they mean.  "Agreed" is only 3 characters longer than "Ack", but has

    the advantage of actually meaning what you are trying to convey.
