How do I connect a circle to a NET?
I want to draw a circle and connect that circle to ground.
If I click on NAME command and then click the circle nothing happens.
I dont see a dialog to enter in the name.

use the NAME command to name it to the net it belongs to. it must be drawn in a copper layer.
