HELP WITH MAKING PCB

I was given a pdf file of a schematic and a netlist. I am trying to make a board without making the schematic in EAGLE. is there a way that I could upload the netlist into the PCB after I added the parts from the library so that it could create airwires? I am new to EAGLE. Suggestions will be very much appreciated. thank you.

    It's possible, but it would involve quite a bit of work and custom

    programming.

     

    For example, I wrote a program that read a netlist and the bitmap image

    of a 2200-component schematic and generated the commands to create a

    matching schematic in Eagle. It took several days to write (and I'm a

    professional software engineer) and depended heavily on many

    characteristics of those input files.

     

    Unless you have an urgent need to do it, and the schematic is too large

    to enter by hand, I strongly suggest entering your schematic into Eagle

    so you can run a proper ERC. You can also use Eagle scripting to output

    Eagle's netlist in the same format as the netlist you've been given and

    compare the two to make sure the schematic in Eagle matches.

     

    But, yes, it CAN be done.
