How to retrieve deleted files/ file recovery? Dimension error at card edge.

Hi, I've lost my own library, I couldnt find it at the recycle bin and its missing.

I am facing problem with layout DIMENSION ERROR with the PCI express card edge. May I know how to solve these issues?

There's the thing at the side and its the one causing the dimension problem, but i cant delete them. What should i do???

The red thing at the side is not causing the dimension problem, it is
indicating a dimension problem. It is one of the errors detected when
you ran the DRC. You can clear it by selecting tools > errors > clear
all or type into the command line ERRORS CLEAR.

The dimension problem likely stems from the distance of the left most
smd pad and the edge of the board. You can approve it in the DRC results
or change the DRC setting DRC>Distance to the clearance required. Read
the help to understand the implications of doing this. It will affect
the distance copper pours keep away from holes and the edges of the board.
