I want help with a custom library!

Hello dear community,
I came across a problem creating on library for a terminal block! i've spend the past 2 hours trying to make one with no success

i want one like this! But i cant make one!
I've taken the exact measurements that i need and it doesnt line up correctly! Trying all over again with different MM mil and stuff but no success!

Any help would be appreciated!

Im trying that too but i come into some problems too! Maybe i dont know how to use eagle custom library (i've made some libraries my self too and they work ! but this one is a difficult one!)

You can type in coordinates of anything you are trying to place or just set the grid pitch to match you positioning requirements before creating and dropping the part.
One thing to note is: you can snap the part you want to drag to your cursor with the CTRL key so that you can place it precisely on the grid.
