My guess is that you got large filled polygons with width=0..
They will create enormous amount of data, as eagle will use its minimum
"pen" width to fill them.
That's was really helpful now speed is increased a bit
It has reduced but still its getting slow .and one thing when I open my
file it opens too much zoomed out.

Make sure your design is drawn to scale, and make sure the polygon wire
widht is a reasonable size (I'd sayt max 0.2mm, but its really up to
what your board manufacturer can handle of tools and details).
Check if your gerber file size is within a reasonable size. If its huge,
you most likely have more polygons with too small width.
You can use the statistic-brd.ulp to get an overview of your board.
Check the polygon tab.
And dont forget to run DRC.

That suggests that you have an outlying object.
The result of that is your gerber will be the size of area the board
design is covering. Probably huge.
If so you need to find the objects outside your board are and delete them

Additional to Warren I might suggest that if you don't find your outside
object you should transfer your project into a new project.
That sounds silly but sometimes some "Ghost Objects" arise.
I have never been able to identify these "objects" nor delete them
The only way was the transfer into a new project.
Hope that helps.

As for the answer. Eagle cannot do that
