Eagle Cad default silk screen

I can change the width to height ratio of the silk screen manually. But is there a way so that my silk screen vector font is always a width ratio of 15%. A defualt setting so that I don't have to manually update all my silk screen.

I think there is a problem with the synchronization between the
newsgroup eagle.support.eng and Element14. The script is
available as an attachment in the newsgroup.

If you do not use a newsreader like Thunderbird, then you can
better take the WEB Interface of http://www.eaglecentral.ca/.
