Eagle Cad default silk screen

I can change the width to height ratio of the silk screen manually.  But is there a way so that my silk screen vector font is always a width ratio of 15%.  A defualt setting so that I don't have to manually update all my silk screen.

    As a possible solution I have this script for you:

     

    change_size_ratio.scr

    --
