Problem with import-bmp.ulp

Former Member
Former Member over 14 years ago

I'm running Eagle 5.11.0 on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine, and am having

problems importing a bitmap.  I've reduced the colors in the bitmap to 2

(monochrome / black and white), and reduced the size of the bitmap to

575x240 pixels.  When running the import-bmp.ulp, I get the message "Bitmap

file contains more than 256 colors, reduce colors before use".  Have you

seen this problem before, and is it related to Win7 64 bit compatability

issues?

Thanks

Arley

Then the bitmap has more than 256 colors.

    Please send me your bitmap.

I can not see a problem on my Win7 Pro (64bit).

I have save a bitmap by paint with 16 color (4bit).

Bitmap and library attached (look symbol).

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards
