Check the attached pages.lbr. It contains A3 and A4 frames that I use. See

the attributes in it starting with ">"? Go to Edit->Global attributes and

add them there and they will show up on every page having these frames.

It's quite easy to set a global attribute to cross all sheets in the schematic, add a attribute to the library part using ">XXX" where XXX is your defined attribute name.  Then when you use this part on the schematic use the drop down menu edit/global attributes to engter your new attribute name with an associated value, this is then carried across all the sheets where the library part is used.

The problem I've had is that the same attribute does not carry across on to the board, but that's another posting.....
