Need equivalent or replacement for this part: A4970SLBT

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me with this..

 

I need an equivalent or replacement for the Allegro A4970SLBT Full bridge PWM driver SOIC24. Can't seem to find this part any more.
Any help finding a replacement for it is appreciated.

  • How many parts are you after? There are 25 available in stock from RS. Also if you go to the Allegro website and do a stock check from there it shows that there are 1000 in stock in the UK at a distributor called Solid State Supplies. Depending on your required volume the cost from shipping from Newark in the US might not be prohibitive and possibly considerably cheaper than having to rework your boards to use a different part.
