Interpreting progress bar / status bar

I added a line in the BRD: section of eagle.scr to run a ULP when a board

loads. The ULP does run.

 

Referring to the attached image. The ULP 'statistic-brd has run to the

dialog displaying the results but you can see the board below shows an

incomplete progress bar and a 40% figure.

 

Closing the ULP dialog quickly clears the 40% indication

 

What I would like to know what the 40% is referring to so that I can be

assurred the ULP is working with all the board data.

 

If the board is fully loaded/displayed, as it appears to be, then this may

be simply a delay in updating the status and could be fixed.(v5.11.1)
