Q1 : How do I check if holes for components are with the right drill?
use drill legend and check the drill size for the pads you are interested.
Or write a small ULP that lists the drill size for the selected components
Q2 : How do I measure clearance between two IC pads?
Set the grid to 1 mil, and displayed with lines or dots, and check/count the
spacing
or, draw a line between the objects you want to measure, then with info you
can get the length
or, to check if you have at least (exemple) 8 mils clearance, draw a 8x8
rectangle and move it around with your mouse
or, check stats_brd.ulp to see the smallest clearance
