No air wires connected to some parts.

I just created a board yesterday from the schematic.  I have placed about 70% of the parts on the PCB, but have noticed that some parts don't have air wires connected to them.  Upon launching it this morning, I get an error saying that the PCB and schematic are not consistent.  Run an ERC.  I run it and get the following error.

Different connections on C12 pin + and pad + (+12V/none)

There are others for other caps, but they are the same error.  These caps do not have air wires connecting to them on the PCB, but the parts are connected in the schematic.  Did I do something wrong?  Thanks.

Perhaps you closed the layout window and then changed the schematic.

Take care to mantain both windows opened.
