The current concept is a pain in the beep.

I often copy parts e.g. resistors, with all my custom attributes, and

often there is need of partly changing attribut values.

I for instance have attributes for SUPPLIER, ORDERCODE, MOQ, PRICE and

need to change only minor details.

Instead of just right-clicking the part, I have to switch to the

attribute tool, select the attribute, change value and so on.

If I could just edit the attribute's values in the property context menu

and save, this would make life so much easier.

I think any property should be directly editable from there.

don't forget there's also the attribute command in the context menu of the part/element !

Changing it this way is almost as convenient I think.

I know. But right know it's an inconsequent break in workflow.

I'm allowed to change almost everything from within the property context

menu, like coordinates, Name, Value, Rotation, lock, smash, unlock etc

which is very effective and quick without the need of selecting the

corresponding tool first, but I'm forced to leave this powerful facility

for just changing some attribute's value.

I'm sure it will save tons of time when one could do all the changes he

wants in this single window and then just hit OK and you're done.

Just my 2 cent (after changing attributes of a project with ~300 parts

today I might be biased, but every click saved would have paid off

    today....)

I also think it's not very difficult to implement and I think usability

    will gain a lot.
