Using 4.16r2. Two weird things popped up next to the Actions task bar:

I did not update anything. What is that? How did these get there? How do
I get rid of them?

Just took a look and it neither contains any ".png" nor the word
"MENUE". Nothing. According to Windows Explorer this file eaglerc.usr
was updated November-11, 2011.
Forgot to mention eagle.scr too

Check the betatest "designlink22.png ..." by eSilviu 13.10.2010
and also the answer of K. Schmidinger...
How on earth did they do that? Does Eagle contain a little ... ahem ...
"routine" to call home once in a while?
IMHO the only "backdoor" is the update check coming with V5 but that can
be configured off.
