Option for Persistent Show

Hello everyone,

I know that this has been brought up before but I'll raise it to the top

again.

While routing, it would useful to be able to highlight a net (or group of

nets) permanently until the next show command to turn the highlight off.

Right now, the highlighting goes away on the next command which really

isn't very helpful.

I'll even suggest syntax:

show  ^ u1 u2;

This would persistently highlight those components.

show  ^ u3 u4;

This would highlight U3 and U4 with persistence while keeping U1 and U2

highlighted as well.

show  !;

This would clear the persistence and nothing would be highlighted

show  ! ^ u5 u6;

This would clear anything that was highlighted persistently and then

highlight U5 and U6 with persistence.  Of course, this should work with all

named objects (nets, traces, devices, ...)

This seems like it should be a relatively easy change and would be great

help during manual routing specifically.

Cheers,

James.

    Hi

    a suggest in the same direction:

    a "show" of the device in the shematic if the device is in brd selected

    to move.

    So we can see in the shematic witch C or R we move (it'S usefull for the

    C's on the Supply of OP.

    (Don't  know how to explain in english)

    reduziert das "show" "move" hin und her.
