update PART

Hi

I make difference on one part in library (package)!

Then make "update " library or "update all" but on board is still old

package style!

Where is problem?

I change PAD in package ..... wrong!!
I edit in library device AND THEN package .........and after that in PCB
update library!
Works OK!
