Circle command explained?

The CIRCLE command (as usable in an ULP) has the structure

 

CIRCLE (X Y) (A B)

 

X and Y are clear. The rest is not clear to me from the help file.

Either A or B seem to function as the Radius, so (0 10) or (10 0) look

to be the same. (5 10) gives some value in between. There seems to be no

influence on the Width of the circle drawn.

 

Why do we have both parameters A and B?

    That aren't parameters resp. values, it's a /coordinate/ on the circle.

     

    The two coordinates for the circle command are the center and any

    position on its diameter.

    CIRCLE (0 10) (10 0)

     

    will generate a circle centered on (0 10) with a radius of 14.14.
