I dont see any un-routed signal wires (airwires). Is that layer turned off
or have you created a board without using a schematic?
If so you will need to run a SIGNAL from that pad to another pad or SMD that
should be connected. That signal shouold be given the same name as your
polygon.
If the board was generated from a schematic, run an ERC check as you may
have nets that are not connected to the pin in the schematic
For the polygon to connect to the pin they both have to have the NAME. The
pin name in this context is the signal name (net name) attached to the pin
