Not sure if it is bug or just extreme code inefficiency, but conversion of big libraries to new XML format takes very long time in Eagle 6.4.0 (on Windows 7 64-bit). For example, this 10 MB library takes about 14 minutes
to open on Core i7 processor at 3.2 GHz:

In fact, I thought Eagle simply freezed (locked up) at first. But then I left it going over my lunch break and when I returned, the library was converted. After I saved it in XML format, the library bloated to 40 MB, but seems to work OK. Still, I don't think such a long conversion time is normal, especially when a bit smaller (around 1 MB) libraries convert in some 4 seconds on the same PC.
I tried this on two different PC (the other running Windows XP 32-bit), but it is the same on both.
