Bug report: Alt grid Version 6.4.0 for Li nux

This is not eagle - it's the window manager.  The problem is that the

window manager is intercepting Alt-clicks and acting on them.  You'll

have to modify the specific manager's settings such that alt-clicks will

be ignored by the window manager and passed on to the application.

I'm using KDE on opensuse.  Go to System Settings => Window Behavior,

and select "Window Behavior" from the list on the left and select the

Window Actions tab.  In the lower panel titled "Inner Window, Titlebar &

Frame", change the all actions for the Alt key to "Nothing".

You'll have variations on this depending on which window manager and

version you're using.  The bottom line is that you'll have to get the

window manager to pass Alt-clicks to the application.

That did the trick.  FYI in Openbox that's in:

~/.config/openbox/rc.xml

I commented out the "A-Left" lines under .
