Eagle 6.4 Pro crashes and out of memory errors with hand routing

I keep getting an "out of memory" error even though my PC shows as having over a gig of free memory. Also started crashing, I assume due to the same memory problem. Any ideas please?

    Hi Bob,

     

    I'm referring to having EAGLE's installation directory in Documents

    instead of Program Files (x86) which is where Windows normally wants

    program to be installed.

    Are you referring to the working files when you say install in the docs directory? If so, that is where Eagle is installed.

    Hi Bob,

     

    Please try uninstalling EAGLE and then reinstalling it to the Documents

    directory. I want to try to isolate EAGLE from any Windows 7 craziness.

    Let me know what happens when you do that.

    Could you provide more details about your OS setup? Is this a 64-bit

    machine? Do you have any special type of setup or IT limitations?
