When I try to export my eagle schematic to LTSpice IV a windows box pops up

and displays "LTspiceIV (scad3.exe) not found."

Where do I configure Eagle-6.4.0 to my LTspice IV directory.

Is LTspice IV interface is block because I'm using the free version of

Eagle?

    Hi. If you still haven't fixed that, here is how I did it this morning.

    In the EAGLE control panel find the "ltspice.ulp" (under User Language

    Programs), right click and open it.

    In the editor, find the string "rootpath" (it should be at line 4082) and

    add inside the {} (just after the { is fine), the path of your LTspiceIV

    folder, between "" and followed by a comma.

    Example:

    Original line 4082

    string rootpath[] = { "C:/Programme/", "C:/Program files (x86)/",

    "C:/Program files/", "D:/Program files (x86)/", "D:/Program files/" };

    Your LTspiceIV folder

    C:\Progs\LTC\LTspiceIV\

    New line 4082

    string rootpath[] = { "C:/Progs/LTC/", "C:/Programme/", "C:/Program files

    (x86)/", "C:/Program files/", "D:/Program files (x86)/", "D:/Program

    files/" };

    This is a "brute force" solution and has not been fully tested, I hope thai

    it works and that the Techical Support will fix it in a better way.

    Hope it helps. image
