Someone can explain me why when i check the size of SMD 1206 is more bigger than SMD 1608. I don't understand because normally it's the countrary. I use the rcl library.

You appear to be comparing the 'Metric' and 'Imperial' designations of two

Note that there is also rather big variations on pad sizes for wave vs
reflow soldering. Im not sure if this is the issue here tho.
