Eagle Program Default Settings

Is there a way to reset/restore eagle back to factory default? as an example if you delete all the layers under Layer Settings how can it be restored back to program default settings.

    Hi Nicholas,

     

    I hope you're doing well. Find the eaglerc file on your system, make

    sure eagle is closed when you do this. Once you have found it, delete

    the file and then open EAGLE. When EAGLE can't find the eaglerc file it

    basically recreates the file and resets to it's default settings.

     

    Depending on your operating system the eaglerc file will have different

    names:

     

    eaglerc.usr(Windows), .eaglerc(mac and linux).

     

    Doing a file search including hidden files has usually worked well to

    find the file.
