Use / switch-to different / new library for all objects in a schematic

Question

Hi,

I have created a project library from a project schematic in Eagle 6.6 (Linux). The library is in the directory with the project files. Now I would like for the objects in the schematic to use only that library. I can't find a way to make all of the schematic objects be taken from the new project library.

I have turned off all libraries except the new project library and enabled it. When I look at object properties in the schematic they still refer to the old libraries.

Any way to force all objects to use the new library?

Hi,

the schematic and board file contain the whole library definition:

In schematic DeviceSymbolPackage, in Board only the Package.

And it is stored the name of the library where it was taken from.

That's necessary in case you want to make a library update, for example.

There is no library linked to schematic and board. The objects do

not use/need a library in the background.
