Stop Mask DRC Problrm

Hi

Iam Working one of the PCB, when i run the DRC, Iam getting Stop mask error, even though you have a space between Solder mask and Silkscreen, please find below image. i have highlighted Silkscreen and Stop mask. iam not sure how to set clearance between Silkscreen and solder mask in eagle, can you please suggest.

The image shows me that you use the proprtional font. Please go the Options/User interface menu and check "Always vector font". Does the vector font which is displayed then (and by the way used for your PCB) touch the solder stop area?
