Greetings folks...
So my problem should be simple, but I can't find it. I did try browsing for an answer, and haven't found anything that works.
I have a board with 6 different identical modules on it. I did this by routing one module, then (v7.2) importing the drawing into a new one and organizing it on my board. I then finished power connections, etc for parts that are only on the combined board. This included +3v3 routing; I have a single power supply, of course. They are all on separate pages. However... In the process of building these boards, I had one that shorted out the 3.3v power in one module.
It's difficult to trace that across six identical modules, and I hadn't added any break points. I did in fact, get lucky in that power comes across only the top layer (4 layer board) and met each of the modules at only one connection point, so I could cut and isolate. This was done. What I would like to do now, is insert a zero ohm resistor/ or fuse at those locations. Hindsight, and all that.
I just can't figure out how to do that, without eagle undoing all my routing when I rename the nets. Anyone have a clue on what I need to do? (Other than start over, thank you! :} )
