Is there a way to export clean polylines in a DXF from Eagle ?

I have installed Eagle 7.5 now two days ago, I watched like 2 hours of tutorials on youtube so far but I'm failing in exporting my 2 layer PCB to dxf so I can make the CAM part in the program I use daily and I'm familiar with (Cambam), I also have a cnc and I want to mill myself the board.

My problem is the the dxf file Eagle exported is a mess (maybe I'm doing something wrong), and I don't know if there is a way to just have a clean look of the PCB as I see it in eagle. I attach a few screenshoots as it will be easier to understand what I want.

Messy DXF from Eagle:

And here is the same file, half cleaned manually by me, it took me about 15 - 20  minutes to clean it up unfortunately

Any help is appreciated, if I only could get a clean DXF like is the lower part of the above image. Also, if I tried to export to dxf before the groundplane (hope I used the correct word for all those cooper red rectangles you see in my image ) , even if the thick USE WIRE WIDTHS was checked I still didn't get the actual trace width in the dxf file, only a small line, like you see with a very dark color, in the center of all traces, in the above image.

And I just noticed another issue about the pads, all the vertically placed pads in Eagle are exported horizontaly in the DXF file, this is why the pads are overlaping image
