Print scaling

Hi, I'm trying to print a public board layout on A3 but when I increase the scale factor it gets to a certain size and then won't get any bigger. It's as though the print area has somehow been set to be much bigger than the actual PCB (you can see a cross about an inch above the layout but I would have thought it should still scale much bigger) . Is there a way to change this as having a nice big A3 print makes a massive difference to legibility.

    move your layout so that the lower left corner of the outline is

    placed at the origin (the cross you mention above).

     

    Somehow eagle gets irritated - at least in regard to print scaling -

    if the layout is not in the upper right quadrant
