Using a box around the circuit diagram

Question

is there any way from within eagle to print circuit diagrams in one of those boxes that you usually see circuit diagrams in with all the information in small boxes in the bottom right corner?

I'm sure someone will tell me what they are called.

I think you're referring to a frame, and title block.. these are available in the 'frames' standard library supplied in EAGLE.
