Where can I find a logic level N-channel mosfet that is smd. Need min. 20V and 500mA, working on a 3.3V based atmel chip.

Hi,

I've found the FQP30N06LFQP30N06L which is TO-220 package I need an alternative that is smd I'm going to control a 12V pump that will have max 400mA It will be controlled by an atmel chip running on 3.3V so it needs to be logic level Any suggestions
