Hi everybody!
I would like create some V-cut on PCB. How should I do it in Eagle? Which layer. etc?
Thanks in advance!

There is no predefined layer.
You might define a new one (I often define layer 148 "vscore") and draw
thin lines in it. Then provide the gerber data to the board house, along
with all other files.
Many board houses automatically convert outlines (in the milling layer)
that are within a panel to v-scoring data - provided you told them that
the panel is to be scored.
It's always a good idea to talk to your board house and confirm the data
they prefer (or at least can process).
