Looking for library

Hi, im looking for 74HC4060 library, i can't find it anywhere, hoping for answer, if the topic is in the wrong place i'm sorry for that.

If you don't know how to create your own parts libraries then I suggest you learn as creating this part would be only a few minutes work for anybody proficient in EAGLE. It's always best to create your own parts anyway rather than use libraries from the internet or even the ones bundled with EAGLE as you must check them thoroughly before use anyway which takes just as much time.
