Looking for library

It's a very simple part in a standard 16 pin package. If you don't know how

to create your own parts libraries then I suggest you learn as creating

this part would be only a few minutes work for anybody proficient in EAGLE.

It's always best to create your own parts anyway rather than use libraries

from the internet or even the ones bundled with EAGLE as you must check

them thoroughly before use anyway which takes just as much time.

Look at Adafruit and Dangerous Prototypes for EAGLE part library tutorials,

and of course the user manual which ships with EAGLE.

I doubt anyone has made a whole library for something as specific as a

74HC4060.  Typically that would be single device in a wider library, so I

don't think you're going to find it.

I mean i'm looking for that specific part, not whole library tbh.

Try using www.schematicpal.com, you will find multiple options. Use '*'

to broaden your options ex: 74H4060*.  There is also a really easy to

use ULP called Make-symbol-device-package-bsdl.ulp that make component

creation quite simple.

Nice resources thank you. Bookmarked Schematicpal.com for next time. I

had been using Ultralibrarian free for a few parts to make devices from

BSDL files. Had some issues but got it working. Got to try the ULP now.
