Try using www.schematicpal.com, you will find multiple options. Use '*'
to broaden your options ex: 74H4060*. There is also a really easy to
use ULP called Make-symbol-device-package-bsdl.ulp that make component
creation quite simple.

Nice resources thank you. Bookmarked Schematicpal.com for next time. I
had been using Ultralibrarian free for a few parts to make devices from
BSDL files. Had some issues but got it working. Got to try the ULP now.
