Generating gerber with multiple PCBs with eagle

frozennick
frozennick over 8 years ago

Hi all,

Currently I have a board with the area of 32mmx18mm. This is too small to be sent to fabrication without wasting lots of PCB space (100mmx100mm min). How do I create a gerber with multiple PCB in it so that it can be sent for fabrication?

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Nick

The best thing to do is to let your board house panelize the board.

They get it right or they do it over.  If you make a mistake in

panelizing for their process, the weight is on your shoulders.

Yes you are right on that, will have to contact the board house personally then. Thanks for the advice

It doesn't matter what tool one uses.  If he does his own panelization

and does not meet that particular board house's specs, he gets to pay

for the boards anyway.  If he lets the board house do the

panelization, they either do it right or do it over again.  Besides,

letting the board house do the work, usually at no charge, removes a

    lot of work for him.
