I need to realign a board dimension that I imported through a DXF file. It is not straight, can i realign it to be straight? Please see the attached image.

Hi
There is a manually way but you have to eyeball it level and its not
that simple. The following give you more control
As the shape needs to rotated, you first need to find out many degrees
to rotate it.
Click the 'Information' icon and then click on the straight line along
the bottom.
In the information box that appears you can read the angle of that line
which is likely to be about 355.55 degrees
Subtract this from 360 degrees and that's your rotation angle.
Rotation will be anticlockwise for positive numbers.
Next, turn off all layers except the dimension layer so you don't rotate
something else in error.
Click the Group icon an draw the rectangle around the shape.
Click the 'Rotate' icon and observe in the toolbar the 'Angle' is 90
Type in your calculated angle and hit enter.
Then, apply the rotation to the group and it will rotate it to where you
need it.
Now it may not be exactly horizontal due to rounding errors in the
angle. Verify this by observing the information of that wire as you did
at the start.

Rishab,
What Warren writes will get you there. However, there is an easier and
more exact method to accomplish this goal.
Right-click on the wire in question to bring up the context menu, then
select Properties.
If the line is not a straight line, then the Curve property will be
displayed. Set it to 0 to straighten it out.
Since you're referring to a board dimension, you probably also want to
make sure that the line is either exactly vertical or exactly horizontal.
Near the top of the dialog box are From and To properties that represent
the start and end points of the line. Each point is defined using
Cartesian coordinates with an X-value and a Y-value. (The X and Y are
not labeled.)
If the line is to be horizontal, then set both of the Y-values of the to
the same value.
If the line is to be vertical, then set both of the X-values to the same
value.
Click "Ok" and you're done.

Chuck's method is flawed. It will make the bottom line level but the
rest of the object will not have been rotated so the object as a whole
is not the shape you started with.
There are other considerations as well.
The ends of the wire in question will likely not end at the same points
as the arcs so the board outline is not continuous which may cause it to
be rejected by the boardhouse.
