eagle library--updated package wont show in board

Hi

There is a catch with the library update. It may not apply in your case

but check it out.

In your directory settings Control Panel > Options > Directories... >

Libraries

If there is a path to a same named library, earlier in the path list

than that library you are targeting, then that library will be used to

update the schematic/board as the library name is satisfied.

This behaviour most often happens when users leave the default eagle

library path there and add their personal library after it and their

personal library has the same library names.
