When I open one of my projects it loads all the libraries to the project.
Why is it doing that and how can I stop it? I only want the libraries I have
specifically added myself.

The USE command determins which libraries are shown with the ADD
command. Best is to type in the command line, for example of the
Schematic Editor:
USE -*
No library will be used. Now select the libnraries you want to
see with ADD.
This can be done in the Control Panel's tree view or with the
Library/Use menu.
The information which libraries are in use, is stored in the current
eagle.epf file.
