I have buy a acer 24'' 16/9 screen with 1600X1200 resolution and now view
ratio isn't 1/1. Did somebody know a solution with eagle to not see draw
deform ?

Then exactly that is your problem. Your grafics card and your display
are not compatible. /Everything/ will be stretched.
I don't undestand why Max Reported resolution 1600X1200 ! and I can't
select more and 16/9 resolution manualy !
I have a lovely Dell 24inch widescreen display at work that isn't
compatible with my laptop; I use it at 1600x1200, but I get a normal
4x3 screen centered horizontally rather than a wide screen (and it's
still worth the price to recover the desk space that the 21inch CRT
USED to take...) Check if your monitor has a non-stretched mode...
